Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. Work we deliver together is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing in these terms changes what we agree there.
Using this site
You may use this site to read about our services and to contact us. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, submit false information, or send automated requests that degrade it for other visitors. We can restrict access if it is abused.
Enquiries are not bookings or orders
Submitting a form or emailing us starts a conversation. It does not reserve a time, create an order or form a contract. A project begins only when we agree scope, price and timing with you in writing. Where a call is mentioned on this site, the time is confirmed by us after we receive your enquiry.
Indicative pricing
Prices shown as “From £…” are starting points that help you budget. They are not quotes. The final price depends on your systems, data, integrations, security requirements and the support you need, and we confirm it before any work starts.
Our platforms
Some products shown on this site are marked as in development, early beta or coming soon. Those labels describe where a product stands today; availability, features and timing can change and are not commitments.
Accuracy and no warranty
We write this site to be accurate and useful, and we update it as things change. Information about AI, automation and infrastructure is general and may not fit your circumstances. We provide the site as it is, without warranty that it is uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
AI outputs depend on the data and context behind them. Anything you act on commercially should be reviewed by a person who owns the decision.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and original materials on this site belong to NovaTech Systems Group Ltd or to people who have licensed them to us. You may print or share pages for your own use; you may not republish them commercially without our permission.
Third-party names, logos and marks shown on this site — including the technology ecosystem — belong to their own owners. They are used to describe the tools we work with and do not imply endorsement by those companies.
Third-party links
Where we link to another organisation, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Communications
We answer enquiries by email or by a call at an agreed time. Please do not send confidential, sensitive or unlawful material through our forms; see our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site and our services change. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published when you use the site is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and disputes will be handled by the Scottish courts.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or you want to exercise a right or ask how your information has been handled, email [email protected] and we will answer directly.
